1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Steady Harbour Learning website and the educational materials we distribute, including the Private Investor's Risk Playbook and our periodic lessons (together, the "Materials"). By using this website or requesting the Materials, you accept these terms in full.

2. What we do, and what we don't

Steady Harbour Learning Pte. Ltd. provides general financial education for Singapore households. We are an education company. We are not brokers, dealers, financial advisers, or fund managers, and we do not manage money for anyone.

The Materials contain commentary, frameworks, and illustrative examples intended for learning. They are not tailored to your personal circumstances, objectives, or financial situation.

3. No personal recommendation

Nothing in the Materials constitutes an offer, solicitation, or personal recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, fund, REIT, or other financial product. We hold no licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to provide financial advisory services, and we do not hold ourselves out as doing so.

Any mention of a market event, asset class, or historical episode is for illustration only. Past episodes do not predict future ones.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to treat the Materials as one input among many, and to make your own independent decisions, ideally with a licensed professional where appropriate. You accept that investing carries risk, including the possible loss of some or all of your capital, and that outcomes of your decisions remain your own responsibility.

5. Eligibility and communications

Our Materials are intended for readers in Singapore aged 18 and above. By submitting your name and WhatsApp number, you consent to receive the Materials and related educational updates through WhatsApp. You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying "stop" to any message we send.

6. Fees

The Private Investor's Risk Playbook and our regular lessons are provided free of charge. We do not request credit card details at any point in sign-up. Where this ever changes, the change will be stated plainly before you commit to anything.

7. Intellectual property

The Materials are our work or licensed to us. You may keep, print, and refer to them for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not reproduce, resell, or redistribute them without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steady Harbour Learning Pte. Ltd. accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on the Materials or from acting, or refraining from acting, on anything contained in them. The Materials are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your visit.
