1. The short version

We collect your name and WhatsApp number so we can send you what you asked for: the Private Investor's Risk Playbook and your regular lessons. That is the heart of it. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with marketers, and we do not make cold calls.

2. What we collect

• What you give us: your name and WhatsApp number when you sign up on this website.
• What your visit generates: standard website analytics (pages viewed, approximate device and browser type, referring website), and, when you arrive from an advertisement, the advertising click identifier (such as a gclid) so we can tell which campaigns are working.

3. What we do with it

• Deliver the Materials you requested, through WhatsApp.
• Send your periodic lessons until you tell us to stop.
• Keep basic records of sign-ups so our sign-up process works.
• Measure, in aggregate, how the website and our educational content perform.

4. What we never do

• We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
• We do not pass your number to "partners" or third-party marketers.
• We do not use your details for unrelated products or services.

5. Tools we rely on

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand traffic and attribute sign-ups to advertising. These services may set cookies and process data under their own privacy policies. The advertising click identifier is stored on your own device for up to 90 days so that a sign-up can still be attributed if you register on a later visit.

6. How long we keep it

We keep subscriber details for as long as you remain a subscriber, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

7. Your choices

• Stop messages: reply "stop" to any WhatsApp message from us, and that ends it.
• Access or delete your data: email us at hello@steadyharbour.example and we will handle your request.
• Cookies: you can clear or block cookies through your browser settings; the site will still work.

8. Who we are

Steady Harbour Learning Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore (UEN: 202618224K), with our registered address at 1 Harbourfront Avenue, #14-01 Harbourfront Tower One, Singapore 098632. We are the controller of the personal data described above.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data in a way that matters to you, we will say so plainly in our lessons and update this page.
